- This reinforced grass-surfaced parking lot satisfied both the clients and neighbours' objectives to eliminate the tire noise and maintain water infiltration.
- Parking stalls are separated by raised wood planters of flowering perennials and the parking lot is screened from the street behind a decorative wood fence and planting.
- The grass surface is irrigated with gray water from the Sooke Harbour House.
