• Site entrance design to this 700 lot subdivision incorporated a split rail fence feature to 'hold back the forest' with ornamental planting in the foreground and median.

• Demamial Drive Park - a neighbourhood park with picnic table, seats and wetland viewing area
• Sun River Tot Lot - a small park with play equipment and seating for young families

• Small upscale subdivision overlooking Esquimalt Lagoon
• Substantial stone masonary landscape features including 12' high curvilinear retaining walls were incorporated to deal with the steeply sloped site

• Landscape improvement project to revitalize a degenerated townhouse complex
• Involved plantings, enhanced walkway systems and trellis work
• Provided patios, courtyards and walkways to encourage a pedestrian friendly atmosphere
