Commissioned to develop a landscape architect led master plan for the 40 acre, 120 lot subdivision incorporating:

• a wetland
• open space
• greenway trail systems
• an urban connector road corridor and major traffic roundabout

Small and Rossell teamed with local architectural firms to develop the site plan for a First Nations led resort development. Plan includes:

• hotels, restaurants, a casino
• village centre
• marina and campgrounds
